Lloyd is a seasoned entrepreneur and capital markets executive with a 20-year track record of building and scaling regulated asset managers, fintech platforms, and digital asset ventures across global financial hubs. His career spans both traditional finance and web3, where he has consistently delivered commercial outcomes through strategic innovation, institutional partnerships, and regulatory fluency.

Prior to co-founding MembersCap, Lloyd led the Mana Group, establishing it as a trusted advisor to leading financial and technology institutions—including Coinbase, Goldman Sachs, and LSEG. He has also built strategic research and commercial partnerships with institutions such as Imperial College London and the London Stock Exchange, focused on the future of finance and blockchain.

Lloyd is the creator and host of Searching for Mana, a leading podcast exploring the intersection of innovation, capital, and entrepreneurship—featuring conversations with some of the world’s most influential founders, investors, and policymakers shaping the future of finance and technology.

Patrick is a former private equity partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP with a 15-year track record of leading teams, critical problem-solving, and executing on complex cross-border transactions. He spent his career in London, Tokyo and Berlin advising some of the largest tech and PE investors and companies in the world. 

Patrick has led dozens of investments and other transactions across web3, fintech, asset management, capital markets and insurance.

He has extensive international business and cultural experience in Japan, Europe, MENA and Southeast Asia. Patrick has his JD and MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Ben Fox has more than 16 years’ experience in (re)insurance, alternative risk transfer, and delivering investment solutions for his capital partners. 

His background in several senior portfolio management roles, as well as an allocator, allows him to leverage his deep understanding of the global reinsurance market to design and deliver superior investment products. 

Prior to joining MembersCap, Ben held roles at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, World Bank Group, AON and Hiscox.  He also serves as an advisor to insuretech start-ups.

Ben has his D.Phil in Seismology and M.Sci in Earth Sciences from Oxford University.

Bruce Jackson, CFA, is a Senior Partner, Managing Director and the Chief Capital Officer for MembersCap.  

Previously, Bruce  was Chief of Digital Assets for Apex Group, and Chief Wealth Management Officer for an offshore bank, responsible for Investment Management, Trust, Private Banking and brokerage, where he created an offshore ILS investment fund. 

Bruce holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration and is a CFA charter holder.
Mr. Jackson founded a Canadian institutional brokerage firm, an investment management firm, and a Cayman Fund Corporation, to create discretionary private/public equity portfolios for institutional, Global Family Office, high net worth, and mutual fund clients.

Lord Holmes is the leading spokesperson within the United Kingdom's House of Lords for the UK tech sector and was instrumental in the creation of the Financial Conduct Authority's digital regulatory sandbox. 

A member of the House Select Committee on Science and Technology, Lord Holmes is also a highly accomplished Paralympian. 

Lord Holmes advises MembersCap on matters of policy and on the regulatory landscape.

Oli is a former Head of Digital Assets at Goldman Sachs and is now the Founder and CEO of Arda Global - a global on-chain real estate operating system. 

Having served on a number of boards, including that of Blockdaemon, Anchorage and BitGo, Oli advises MembersCap on its tokenization and capital markets strategy.
